The site is the last big plot of land in Berlin city to be developed. Its development planning procedure was complex and encompassed a number of disciplinary teams, including ours, that came together to develop multi-functional solutions for the different administrative offices of the district Pankow.

For instance, the park area alone reunited the recreational areas, a superordinate fast bike lane, biotope stepping stones for various animals and rainwater retentions areas.
