To be at work within an interdisciplinary team can often feel like each member is speaking a different language, requiring an adaptation of both the content and scope of discourse.

The scope of work includes too administrative tasks such as contractual matters.

Across social contexts & project scales, the common denominator is the capability of welcoming the target groups in a phase of a project early enough to channel the contributions into planning in a fruitful manner.

Mediation and intelligent delivery of content are key too.

It all starts with a site rich in social, aesthetic & ecological dimensions.

Well-versed in all design scales and spatial typologies, I address each design challenge with attention to both the underlying and overarching scales, as well as relevant design standards.

This revolves around assessing &/or improving the Climate Resilience of a project.

Many parts of the design are found under the umbrella terms: Plant Design, Stormwater Design & Wind-sensitive Design.

I am a certified Building Sustainability Coordinator based on the Sustainable Building Assessment System for Outdoor Spaces (BNB) in Germany.

BNB is a tool for planning and assessing sustainable, generally public, construction projects. It complements the German Federal Ministry of Construction's Guide to Sustainable Building as a holistic evaluation methodology for buildings and their surroundings.
